Conrad Oberbeck joined the team in 2026.  He is a Vice President at Windsong Global and has responsibility across the firm’s investing and management activity. He has 10 years of investing experience from prior roles in investment banking, private credit and private equity.

Prior to joining Windsong, Conrad founded his own consumer startup, a functional beverage company that grew to over 500 stores nationally.

Prior to founding his startup, Conrad worked at Saratoga Investment Corp (NYSE: SAR), a generalist lower middle market specialty lender, where he invested debt and equity across a broad portfolio of operating businesses in the United States.  Conrad started his career in the investment banking division of Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading M&A advisor for trophy NYC real estate transaction activity.

Conrad received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Conrad lives in New York City.
